Returning and Exchanging Stuff 🎢

Bought something that didn't work out? No worries! As long as it's new and unused (tags, original packaging, and all the fun extras included), you can send it back for a refund or exchange.


📦 How to Return

Send your item back to us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Sometimes we’ll extend that timeframe – if we do, we’ll make it crystal clear on the website when you’re buying. Need help? We can hook you up with a return label – extra charges may apply.


🔄 Exchanges

Once we get your returned item and give it the thumbs-up, we’ll issue a credit for a fresh order. Just let us know what you'd like instead, and we'll keep it on hold while the return makes its way to us. Keep in mind: exchanges depend on availability, so don’t dawdle!


🚚 Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

Heads up: you’re in charge of return shipping costs. For US returns (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), we can provide a label for a flat $25 fee.


⏳ Processing Time

Once your item lands at our warehouse, give us up to 5 business days to process your return. Refund timing will depend on your original payment method, so hang tight – it may take a few more days to show up in your account.


⚠️ Return No-Go’s

Here’s the list of items we can’t take back:

  • Special orders (you’ll know when you buy)
  • Sale items
  • Items bought with a discount code
  • Tires, tubes, and mousses
  • Helmets and liners
  • Base layers and underwear

🚫 Refusing a Delivery

If you refuse your package, don’t respond to carrier messages, or let it sit in limbo – no refund for you. The same goes if we cover import fees but you don’t respond to the carrier for details. Keep an eye on your messages!


🌐 Starting a Return

Ready to return or exchange? Email us at support@tripleclampmoto.com with your order number to get the ball rolling - you can reply to your order confirmation email. 

Please wait for our approval before sending anything back. Once approved, we’ll issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) that needs to be on the package. If we provide the shipping label, don’t worry – the RMA# will already be included. If you’re using your own shipping label, make sure the RMA# is written on the box and it is sent with a tracked method. Don't forget to send us the tracking info.


🚫 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s on the move, no cancellations – but you can return it following our return policy above. And remember, we reserve the right to cancel orders anytime if needed. In that case we will issue a full refund.


Special Orders 🌟

If your order includes items marked "Special Order," here’s the scoop:

  • 20% restocking fee applies if you cancel.
  • No returns on Special Order products, no exceptions.
  • For long-delay items, we may ask for a 20% deposit. If we delay the delivery by over 30 days, that deposit is refundable – otherwise, it holds until shipment.
